The Dutch Treat manufactured housing community is located less than 10 miles West of Morehead City, NC on NC Highway 24. The community is positioned on the opposite side of the highway from the Bogue Sound and is surrounded on two sides by the Croatan Game Land, a state-managed, wooded, conservation property. This property is located at one of the highest elevations in Carteret County, so the community is well positioned for storm conditions. Dutch Treat boasts average lots sizes of a quarter acre per home, which provides residents additional space and privacy. The Dutch Treat MHC is served with a full-time, onsite property management, maintenance team, and sales team.
